1.4 Released

a new game that incorporates my information security background

it has a basic game loop that evaluates random number rolls against "context cards" that show up in the "prod" environment

the idea started as a card game prototype where cards entered into gameplay in the "north" and then moved clockwise

this is my second game using the DragonRuby GTK

release 1.4 is an initial release

future releases are planned to add graphics and BGM
